Who We Are
A.M. Fogarty & Associates, Inc. is a cost estimation company built with the goal of providing high quality cost estimates and reliable service throughout the construction industry. Founded by Al Fogarty in 1972 and currently operating for over 50 years, AMF is now lead by Peter Timothy who became acting President in 2000. Continuing the company's initial vision of providing clients with highly professional cost estimates, AMF houses all facets of construction estimating services under one roof, including an in-house M/E/P Divsion overseen by Chief M/E/P Estimator Jason Guigno.

Our expertise is sought out by architects , engineers, and owner’s project managers to safeguard their finances and forecast bid day results. Our attention to scope detail, market conditions, schedule, and escalation are key factors in helping the client achieve a successful project design within their budget.

We provide cost estimation services to a design team, usually joining early on in order to keep the design on budget and provide understanding of specific scope and market conditions. We are a key factor in projecting correct bid day results and protecting financial interests for clients.
We are not a construction manager or a general contractor.
We estimate from Conceptual or Preliminary Study Phase all the way to the Construction Document Phase or any phase in between.
Usually 2 weeks from the date that we receive documents
We are well versed in reconciling and working as part of a project team usually consisting of either construction managers, independent estimators and architectural/engineering firms.
We have a full in-house operation including M/E/P and are experienced in estimation of all construction trades.
